CYBER FIGHTER

Software: Zbrush, Blender, Substance Painter, Photoshop

This project had two core objectives. First, I wanted to attempt stylised and sculpted anatomy, particularly the face. Secondly I wanted to do some modelling and rendering of the scene using Blender. This was the first time I had made significant use of Blender in a project. I initially modelled the character in Zbrush, then modelled the cyborg arm in Blender and textured everything in Substance Painter. The final result was rendered entirely in Blender with minimal use of Photoshop.

As a keen martial artist I knew I wanted to do a Sci-Fi take on Martial Arts at some point. The idea was that she would be a competitor in some sort of cyber-enhanced UFC. As with most of my projects, I worked from my imagination, having a rough idea of what I wanted to achieve, to create a satisfying end result.
